The capabilities of the system include opening and closing garage doors and roller shutters, as well as awnings and blinds; switching on, off, and operating other devices (including electronics, household appliances, watering or monitoring systems); managing the alarm, fire protection, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and lighting systems. The use of Z-Wave technology provides a very wide range of systems that can be managed within the system. FN Smart Home integrates with, among others, motion detectors, smoke detectors, thermostats, and other sensors.
